Refund Policy

Because these are downloadable digital products, we generally do not offer automatic refunds once the file has been accessed.

We will review refund requests where:

• the file was purchased by mistake (duplicate or wrong product), or
• the file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.

To request a refund, use the contact option on hronboarder.gumroad.com with your order email and product name. Requests are reviewed within a few business days.

Refunds, when approved, are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method.
